On-demand Cloud & DevOps support

Your Cloud &
DevOps team.
On demand.

Too small for a full-time Cloud & DevOps engineer? Most teams are, and it’s an expensive hire. Get engineers who know your setup, ready whenever you need a hand, on a sensible retainer.

No sales pitch. Just an engineer-to-engineer conversation.

From repo to running smoothly

The whole journey.
Or just the bit you need.

We’re developers, DevOps engineers, and cloud architects.
We connect the dots, roll up our sleeves, and get it done.

Make shipping feel easy.

Reliable CI/CD pipelines, repeatable deployments, and infrastructure as code. Less clicking around. More getting things out the door.

CI/CDInfrastructure as code

Keep your cloud happy.

Workloads, cloud resources, monitoring, and the everyday upkeep. We learn your environment so you have someone to turn to when you need a hand.

Cloud operationsWorkload support

Make things work smarter.

Find the waste, simplify the setup, and automate what keeps coming back. Practical improvements to your costs, reliability, and day-to-day work.

Code agnostic, people friendly. We work with what you have.

On demand, with an ongoing relationship

Call on your team.
Keep building your business.

Your cloud work doesn’t arrive in a steady stream. It’s quiet for weeks, then a pipeline breaks, a launch is coming, or the bill jumps. That’s when you need someone who already knows your environment: reach us when you need us, hand over tasks as they come up, and skip paying for a full-time hire in between.

The retainer keeps that relationship going. We agree on scope, capacity, and response expectations together, so you know how to call on us for everyday support and bigger improvements.

HOW WE MAKE IT WORK
1

First, we listen.

What’s running? What’s frustrating? What do you actually need help with?

2

We agree on the right fit.

A clear scope, a way to reach us, and expectations that work for both sides.

3

We become part of the rhythm.

We look after the agreed work, keep you in the loop, and improve things as we go.

4

You code. We handle the plumbing.

Stay focused on your product. Pipelines, infrastructure, deployments, monitoring: we take care of everything it takes to get your code running and keep it running.

Less handover. More “we know your setup.”

Small team. Straight answers.

Engineers,
not a sales team.

We like building things, fixing things, and leaving them easier to run than we found them. You’ll work directly with the people doing the work.

Automation is our second name.

Your actual needs come first.

If a simpler setup is enough, we’ll say so. We recommend the work that helps your business, and explain why.

Do it well. Then automate it.

If we’re doing the same thing again and again, we’ll look for a way to make it repeatable. Your team gets the time back.

Your setup stays yours.

Clear code, useful documentation, and decisions you can understand. We want you to feel confident about what’s running.

Fair questions

A few things
you might wonder.

How does on-demand support work?

You reach out through our agreed channel when you need help. Because we already know your setup, we can get into the work without starting from scratch each time. Your retainer defines the capacity, scope, and response expectations, and we plan larger pieces of work together.

Why not just hire a DevOps engineer?

If you have enough cloud and DevOps work to keep someone busy every week, a hire may be the right call. Most small teams don’t. A dedicated engineer is an expensive role to fill, and the work tends to come in bursts. With us you get experienced people who know your setup, without paying for a full-time role in between.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. We work in your tools: your repositories, your issue tracker, and your chat. You hand us tasks the same way you would to anyone on your team, and we keep you in the loop there.

Can you work with our existing setup?

Yes. We start by understanding your repositories, workloads, pipelines, and cloud resources. We’re comfortable with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, and we work across languages and stacks. We’ll be upfront if something needs expertise outside our team.

What’s included in the retainer?

We agree on that together. It can cover pipelines, infrastructure as code, workload support, cloud resource management, and optimization. We define the scope, capacity, communication, and response expectations before starting, so everyone knows what to expect.

Do we need to use all three clouds?

No. One cloud may be all you need. We can support a single provider or an existing multi-cloud setup. Your actual requirements guide the choice.

Who owns the code and infrastructure?

You do. Everything we build lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts, defined as code wherever possible and documented as we go. Nothing depends on tooling or accounts that only we control.

How do you access our systems?

Through accounts and roles you create and control, with only the permissions the agreed work needs. We avoid shared credentials, and you can review or revoke our access at any time.

What if our needs change, or we stop?

We revisit the retainer together, so it can grow, shrink, or pause as your needs change. If you decide to stop, we hand everything over cleanly: the code, the documentation, and the context, so your team or the next person can carry on.

Can you help with a project before a retainer?

Let’s talk about what you need. An initial piece of work can help us understand your setup and whether ongoing support makes sense. We’ll agree on the scope together before making commitments.

Let’s start with hello

What’s on your cloud to-do list?

Tell us a little about your setup and where you could use a hand.
We’ll listen, ask a few questions, and figure out if we’re a good fit.

A real conversation. No pitch deck required.
